Often a home has plenty of A/C capacity but the air flow is not sufficient. In order for any system to perform at it’s rated level of efficiency, the proper volume of air must flow through it. Over 97% of the homes we evaluate have a lack of air flow due to poor design and installation. This is true in brand-new homes as well as 40 year homes.
